A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is signed between the two parties where all the terms and conditions will be clearly mentioned. The documents like Aadhar & PAN cards will also be verified at the same time.
The layout of both the exterior and interior for the school will be provided which will include the site layout, material list, quotations and other necessary requirements will be catered from the Head Office.
Junior DPS will assist by providing suggestions related to color theme, notice board, children’s gym etc. The icons and creatives for the classroom are also provided alongside that makes the franchise’s work easier.
Furniture, teaching aids & equipment along with electrical equipment for the school will be guided by the personnel from Head Office making the task more convenient for the franchise to set up the school.
The franchise will be given with a complete marketing strategy. The marketing section will include a brand manual for the school's operation, advertising creatives, and posts during major days.
The school's fee structure is also decided upon between both parties. The fee structure is decided after considering a number of factors, including the location, state so that it is convenient for both.
The recruitment of the teaching/non-teaching staff purely depends upon the franchisee. Head Office always extends the support in the recruitment of both helps the franchise in kicking off the preschool more easily.
The training of the teaching staff is a mandatory process that happens twice a year undertaken by the Head Office. Junior DPS doesn’t compromise in the teaching-learning process of the young learners.
Inauguration happens at the final stage when all the requirements for the safe and sound running of a preschool are met. Proposals related to the inaugural ceremonies are also put forward at the same time.
